Historical sample observations

A historical UK review sample provides the following sample-specific context. Welcome to another cannabis information feature brought to you by the archive. \nEach week the archive sit down with a new cannabis sample to review, and this week Deathbed Kush is in the archive's strain spotlight. \n \nThis strain is a mystery feature, as the archive do not know the genetics/parents of Deathbed Kush. So this week the archive will be going on the archive's own experiences of the appearance, smell, taste and effects. \n \n \n Appearance \nThe Deathbed Kush came in three small nugs, a little bit smaller than the reviewer'd like for a review sample. \n \n \n \nThe sample is absolutely covered with white trichomes, with a light-green colour underneath and spots of darker green. \n \n \n \nThere are no bits of leaf dotted about; the Deathbed Kush sample has a particularly strong trim job. \n \nThe buds also have a little bit of give when squeezed, and a nice, dense consistency. \n Smell \nI'm getting really strong citrus notes when the reviewer smell this sample. The other apparent smell is sweetness, but not sweet like a haze strain: more like a sunset sherbet sort of sweetness. \n \n \n \nGrinding this up, a bit of earthiness comes through in the Deathbed Kush, along with the sweet citrus notes. \n Taste \nUsing the reviewer's bong to consume this one, the reviewer was impressed with the smoothness of the Deathbed Kush. It's so smooth, in fact, that the reviewer go back for a second bong hit around 2 minutes later. \n \n \n \nThe sweetness is there on the exhale - it actually reaches the reviewer's flavour-sensors towards the end of the inhale. the reviewer don't get the citrus so much in the taste, but it certainly does taste lovely. \n \nThe smoke has next to no acridity, and is a pleasure to smoke through the reviewer's bong. \n Effects \nHaving hit two bowls of Deathbed Kush the reviewer was about to start feeling pretty good... \n \nAs the effects begin to kick in the reviewer notice a calm relaxation - this high doesn't come with the intensity of a heavy/cloudy sativa - the reviewer do experience some cerebral effects but in a very clear-headed way. \n \nMy eyes go quite red after consuming this one, a sign the reviewer was perhaps more stoned than the reviewer feel (fun to watch back when editing the video!) \n \n \n \nSo, a nice indica-dominant-hybrid-feeling buzz from this one. \n Conclusion \nOverall, despite its mysterious origins, the reviewer was very impressed with the sample of Deathbed Kush the reviewer tried out this week for the review. \n \nApperance, smell, taste and effects were all on point - to find some criticism, the reviewer'd love to know the genetics - not finding any other info online made the reviewer wonder whether this has been renamed at some point. \n \nIf the reviewer had to pick a strain it was most-like from US samples the reviewer had tried, the reviewer would say it reminds the reviewer of Sunset Sherbet. \n \n \n Would definitely smoke again. \n
