Historical sample observations
A historical UK review sample provides the following sample-specific context. Welcome to another UK cannabis strain review by the archive. \n This week the reviewer had got a strain which the reviewer covered before as part of a double feature, but which today the reviewer'll be covering it by itself... It's Gorilla Glue #4, now known as Original Glue or GG4.\n \nI've covered this strain on a number of occasions. The review below is on some organic KFC-grown GG4, and you will find links and videos below to other videos covering this strain.\n\nHere is the review (Originally posted in 2017)\n\nThis sample of Gorilla Glue #4 has been grown organically. That means that the plant was only water-fed. It was grown by Kush Family Collective , who also grew the Blue Cheese strain that the reviewer reviewed previously for the the archive channel.\n\n \n\n \n Appearance \nThe organic Gorilla Glue #4 has a rich colouration and nice-looking depth; all the buds the reviewer received each have their own distinct and natural-looking shape.\n\nThe trichomes are caked onto the sample and glisten in the light. The pistils are a deep, golden colour.\n\n \n\nDue to a lack of nutrients during the growth and flowering cycle, it's perhaps not as well-developed looking as many of strains you will have seen on the channel, with some of the buds being spindly/smaller than average. However, that doesn't have any bearing on the smell, taste or effects of this bud, as you'll see from the rest of the review below.\n\n \n Smell \nThis sample has a complex poignancy which is immediately apparent as the reviewer crack open the pop jar.\n\nI get slight hints of chocolate and pine, with strong earthy notes. It gets about 10 times as strong as the reviewer break open the bud and hold it up to the reviewer's nose.\n\n This organic Gorilla Glue #4 smells super pungent! \n\n \n Taste \nI'm getting clear pungent, earthy notes, with hints of pine on the exhale through the reviewer's Weedstar Wasabi-line bong.\n\nIt gives off a smooth and slightly sweet smoke, which surprisingly leaves the reviewer clear-chested, which is great considering the reviewer had a chesty cough at the moment.\n\n \n Effects \nAs a hybrid strain, the reviewer was expecting effects on both ends of the spectrum, and this does not disappoint. the reviewer get an enjoyable head-high feeling mixed with body relaxation.\n\nThe potency is there, as demonstrated by the trichomes. It isn't too intense and feels like a good anytime smoke, the reviewer wouldn't just have this one in the evening but could smoke it before bed.\n\n \n Conclusion \nWhen the reviewer heard the reviewer was going to try this organic version of one of the reviewer's favourite strains the reviewer was excited, to say the least.\n\nHaving smoked various Gorilla Glue phenotypes over the past few years the reviewer was pleasantly surprised by the organic version, despite the bud development appearance.\n\n \n\nIt looks and feels more natural, and tastes completely clean, making consuming this one a real treat.\n\nOverall, this review has cemented the Gorilla Glue #4 in the reviewer's top 15 cannabis strains of all time.\n\n Did you know KILLABEEZ SEEDBANK stocks Fast Budz Gorilla Glue Auto with 24% THC? \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n
